Working Student Data Management - Market Communication (m/f/x)
CO2 emissions in the real estate sector must be reduced quickly. But what is not measured cannot be controlled in a targeted manner: Our live data on consumption and generation in properties enables the most effective use of electricity, gas, heat and water in everyday life.
We are a young Berlin scale-up that supports sustainability and also lives it in our day-to-day business. We are looking for a Working Student Data Management - Market Communication (m/f/x) in Berlin at the earliest possible date.
Responsibilities
- You’ll play an active role in developing processes and quality standards for data management, directly applying your analytical and conceptual expertise.
- You’ll handle inquiries from our market partners and B2B customers in our ticket system (via email and phone) and resolve data-related challenges in market communication in a customer-focused and prioritized manner.
- For complex inquiries, you’ll get to the root of the issue and find solutions within the framework of the energy industry’s applicable market processes.
- You’ll work closely with internal teams to implement solutions quickly and proactively prevent escalations.
- Through thorough documentation and monitoring of recurring issues, you’ll lay the foundation for continuous process optimization and standardization within the Data Team.
Profile
- You are studying economics, (business) information technology, industrial engineering, energy management, or a comparable degree program.
- You have a strong analytical and structured mindset, as well as a deep passion for the digital transformation of the energy transition.
- You enjoy working confidently with Google Sheets and visualizing data; initial experience with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus.
- Ideally, you have some familiarity with SQL or are eager to dive into report building.
- You’re a strong communicator, enjoy working in a team, and stand out for your proactive, solution-oriented approach to work.
- You’re fluent in German (at least C1) and have a solid command of English (at least B2).

- Flexible, trust-based working hours and 40% remote work - for your ideal work-life balance.
- A personalized development plan, mentoring, and regular feedback sessions - we want you to grow with us.
- We’re counting on you! There’s a possibility that you’ll be offered a permanent position after you graduate.

We want open and respectful cooperation in a diverse team!
If you want to be part of it, we look forward to receiving your application.
