CO2 emissions in the real estate sector must be reduced quickly. But what is not measured cannot be controlled in a targeted manner: Our live data on consumption and generation in properties enables the most effective use of electricity, gas, heat and water in everyday life.

We are a young Berlin start-up that supports sustainability and also lives it in our day-to-day business. We are looking for a Service Operations Manager in Berlin or Heidelberg at the earliest possible date.

You act as the central point of contact for technical malfunctions, prioritize incidents according to their operational relevance, and coordinate measures to restore normal operations

Responsibilities

  • You analyze operational disruptions and technical problems and develop appropriate solutions to resolve them.
  • You develop and document best practices and suggestions for improvement.
  • You are responsible for monitoring our installed meters.
  • In the event of malfunctions in completed projects, you will communicate with customers and advise them on troubleshooting.
  • You will support the data management team with escalations and in handling complex cases.
  • You ensure compliance with all legal requirements and internal quality standards.

Profile

  • You have technical training or a technical degree, e.g., in energy, electrical engineering, IT, or a comparable field.
  • You have some initial experience, ideally in incident management, working with technical systems, or technical support.
  • You have a strong analytical mindset and can investigate technical problems in a structured manner using data.
  • You communicate clearly, professionally, and comprehensibly - both with internal and external contacts.
  • You work in a solution-oriented manner, prioritize confidently, and maintain an overview even in dynamic situations.
  • You have excellent communication skills in German (C1/C2) and good English skills (B2).
