CO2 emissions in the real estate sector must be reduced quickly. But what is not measured cannot be controlled in a targeted manner: Our live data on consumption and generation in properties enables the most effective use of electricity, gas, heat and water in everyday life.

We are a young Berlin start-up that supports sustainability and also lives it in our day-to-day business. We are looking for a:n Working Student Operations (m/f/x) in Berlin or Heidelberg at the earliest possible date.

Responsibilities

  • You support the Project Management in the roll out of smart meters (troubleshooting, coordination, and tracking).
  • You prepare data (analysis, reporting, dashboards) to manage the roll outs and monitor project progress, schedules, and KPIs.
  • You help manage the supply chain for smart meters and other installation components and assist in resolving supply bottlenecks.
  • You support the development of an installation partner network by assisting with preliminary screening and scheduling.
  • You help optimize our training center for subcontractors to ensure compliance with our quality standards.
  • You contribute to the development of processes and quality standards in the operational areas of project, supply chain, and data management, as well as installation.

 

Profile

  • You are studying business administration, (business) engineering, information systems, energy management or a related field.
  • You are interested in renewable energy and the digitalization of the energy transition.
  • You have an analytical and structured way of thinking.
  • You are a strong communicator and take initiative.
  • You enjoy working with Google Sheets and visualizing data.
  • You are fluent in German (min. C1) and proficient in English (min. B2).
  • Knowledge of SQL and a passion for report building are a plus, but not a must.
