CO2 emissions in the real estate sector must be reduced quickly. But what is not measured cannot be controlled in a targeted manner: Our live data on consumption and generation in properties enables the most effective use of electricity, gas, heat and water in everyday life.

We are a young Berlin scale-up that supports sustainability and also lives it in our day-to-day business. We are looking for a Team Lead of Account Management (m/f/x) in Berlin at the earliest possible date.

Responsibilities

  • You will lead and manage the Account Management team and share responsibility for achieving our revenue targets.
  • You monitor relevant KPIs, manage your team using data-driven approaches, and ensure an excellent consulting and purchasing experience for our customers - all the way through to a successful contract closure.
  • You continuously develop the Account Managers, provide them with individual coaching, and share best practices for confidently interacting with customers.
  • You analyze existing processes, develop targeted optimization proposals, and implement them sustainably within the team.
  • You maintain close communication with other teams in the Revenue department to foster a holistically functioning sales organization.
  • You guide your team through day-to-day operations, provide support for complex deals, and ensure deal closure in all phases.
  • You participate in trade shows and customer events and represent metiundo externally.

Profile

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or a technical field, or hold a comparable qualification.
  • You have more than 5 years of experience in B2B sales of technically complex solutions.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in coaching, developing, and providing technical guidance to sales team members.
  • You have a strong understanding of business and are confident working with key performance indicators and modern sales processes.
  • You are fluent in both German and English.
  • Ideally, you are proficient in using HubSpot and Xentral.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry or measuring services is a major plus.
