CO2 emissions in the real estate sector must be reduced quickly. But what is not measured cannot be controlled in a targeted manner: Our live data on consumption and generation in properties enables the most effective use of electricity, gas, heat and water in everyday life.

We are a young Berlin start-up that supports sustainability and also lives it in our day-to-day business. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager in Berlin or Heidelberg at the earliest possible date.

Responsibilities

  • You coordinate the entire recruiting lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • You are the first point of contact for applicants, conduct initial interviews on an equal footing, and closely accompany all participants throughout the subsequent process.
  • You will work closely with our managers to guide and support them through the process and analyze their needs correctly.
  • You will ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire process.
  • You will accompany our newbies during their first few weeks and ensure a smooth induction by the specialist departments.
  • You will contribute ideas for optimizing the application process and implement them.

 

Profile

  • You have successfully completed vocational training or a degree, ideally with a focus on human resources.
  • You have initial relevant professional experience in recruiting, service, or sales.
  • You are hands-on, empathetic and also a talented communicator.
  • You work conscientiously, in a structured manner, and with determination.
  • You have business fluent German and English skills (at least C1).
  • Experience in recruiting IT specialists or in the field of craftmansship is an advantage.

  • Permanent position with a fixed salary of between EUR 40 - 55 thousand (junior to mid-level).
