CO2 emissions in the real estate sector must be reduced quickly. But what is not measured cannot be controlled in a targeted manner: Our live data on consumption and generation in properties enables the most effective use of electricity, gas, heat and water in everyday life.
 
We are a young Berlin start-up that supports sustainability and also lives it in our day-to-day business. We are looking for a Srtuctured Finance Associate in Berlin at the earliest possible date.
 

Responsibilities

  • You will be actively involved in the conceptual development and maintenance of our financial model.
  • You will communicate with banks and investors in order to be able to make adjustments independently.
  • You will be involved in setting up and managing an SPV/AssetCo for the debt financing of installations.
  • You will assist in finding solutions in the area of asset finance.
  • You support both contract negotiations and due diligence issues.
 

Profile

  • You have a degree in business or financial mathematics, alternatively you have a degree in business administration with a focus on finance.
  • You have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in M&A, investment banking or corporate finance.
  • You have a disciplined and very careful way of working.
  • You have an affinity for numbers and IT as well as excellent Excel skills.
  • You are business fluent in German and English (approx. C1).
