Service Coordinator - Market Communication (m/f/x)
We are a young Berlin start-up that supports sustainability and also lives it in our day-to-day business. We are looking for a Service Coordinator in Berlin or Heidelberg at the earliest possible date.
You work closely with Operations, Data, Sales, and Product to ensure that our market processes run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- You will process inquiries from our market partners and B2B customers in our ticket system—via email and telephone.
- You will find customer-oriented solutions to market concerns and be able to prioritize critical challenges.
- You will analyze complex inquiries and find solutions within the framework of the applicable market processes.
- You will work closely with internal teams to quickly offer and implement solutions, thereby preventing escalations.
- Through clear documentation and monitoring of recurring problems, you will lay the foundation for process optimization and standardization.
Profile
- You have relevant professional experience in customer service, customer care, B2B customer support, or similar customer-oriented roles.
- You have already worked in or with the German energy industry and are familiar with, for example, market communication, WiM, GPKE, MaBiS, metering, or network processes.
- You work in a structured and organized manner and enjoy optimizing processes.
- You enjoy communicating with people and impress with your positive and solution-oriented manner.
- You have excellent communication skills in German (C1/C2) and good English skills (B2).
