Senior Product Manager (m/w/x)
CO2 emissions in the real estate sector must be reduced quickly. But what is not measured cannot be controlled in a targeted manner: Our live data on consumption and generation in properties enables the most effective use of electricity, gas, heat and water in everyday life.
We are a young Berlin start-up that supports sustainability and also lives it in our day-to-day business. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager in Berlin or Heidelberg at the earliest possible date to support our team.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for a product or product family throughout its entire life cycle.
- In this context, you will coordinate cooperation between sales, development, operations, finance, and management, as well as business development.
- You will work closely with the specialist departments to translate market requirements into specific IT requirements.
- You will support the corporate strategy with your knowledge of regulatory guidelines and technical standards, as well as your observations of market developments.
- In consultation with business development, you will define the technical and procedural requirements that will lead to the product launch.
Profile
- You have a degree in (industrial) engineering, (business) informatics, or mathematics/physics, or alternatively, you have a comparable qualification with a high affinity for data.
- You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- You are familiar with translating market developments into concrete product requirements.
- A high level of process and IT affinity is an advantage, as is experience or knowledge of market communication.
- You are characterized by your disciplined and process-oriented, but also pragmatic way of working.
- We welcome expertise in the energy or real estate industry.
- You have business fluent German skills in writing and speaking (at least C1) and very good English skills (at least B2).
