Senior Account Executive - Real Estate (m/f/x)
CO2 emissions in the real estate sector must be reduced quickly. But what is not measured cannot be controlled in a targeted manner: Our live data on consumption and generation in properties enables the most effective use of electricity, gas, heat and water in everyday life.
We are a young Berlin scale-up that supports sustainability and also lives it in our day-to-day business. We are looking for a Senior Account Executive - Real Estate (m/f/x) in Berlin or Heidelberg at the earliest possible date.
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to long-term customer care.
- You conduct needs analyses, product presentations, consultations, and negotiations, facilitating effective discussions and successfully closing deals.
- You build long-term, trusting relationships with your customers by understanding the specific challenges of the market and offering solutions.
- You will ensure continuous support and customer satisfaction, and maintain these after the contract has been signed.
- You autonomously identify and qualify new business opportunities in your segment.
- You will participate in trade shows, client events, and networking events and prepare for them accordingly.
Profile
- You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on business administration or technology, or a vocational training in the mentioned fields.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales of complex solutions or products that require detailed explanation.
- You have a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to explain technically complex products clearly and concisely.
- You have extensive experience in the real estate and/or energy sectors, are comfortable navigating this environment, and have access to a robust, active industry network.
- You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and are highly service-oriented.
- You are fluent in both spoken and written German and English (minimum C1 level).
- You are willing to travel for on-site appointments and organize your business trips independently.
