CO2 emissions in the real estate sector must be reduced quickly. But what is not measured cannot be controlled in a targeted manner: Our live data on consumption and generation in properties enables the most effective use of electricity, gas, heat and water in everyday life.

We are a young Berlin start-up that supports sustainability and also lives it in our day-to-day business. We are looking for a Sales Support Manager in Berlin or Heidelberg at the earliest possible date.

Responsibilities

  • You will support the sales team in providing administrative support to our customers.
  • You will import order data, prepare quotations, and check incoming payments.
  • You will assist in the careful preparation of quotations and independently clarify relevant questions with other teams.
  • You will ensure reliable data quality in our CRM system at all times.
  • You will support interdisciplinary collaboration with project management.
  • You will assist with reporting and analyzing key figures.

 

Profile

  • You have successfully completed commercial training, a degree in business administration, or a similar qualification.
  • You have initial relevant professional experience in an administrative or support position.
  • You are IT-savvy and enjoy working in a digital environment.
  • You work carefully, in a structured manner, and reliably.
  • You are a communicative and service-oriented person.
  • You have business fluent German and good English skills.
