People Operations Manager (m/f/x)
CO2 emissions in the real estate sector must be reduced quickly. But what is not measured cannot be controlled in a targeted manner: Our live data on consumption and generation in properties enables the most effective use of electricity, gas, heat and water in everyday life.
We are a young Berlin scale-up that supports sustainability and also lives it in our day-to-day business. We are
are looking for a:n People Operations Manager (m/f/x) in Heidelberg at the earliest possible date.
Responsibilities
- You will support our employees with all administrative HR matters and serve as the primary point of contact for our colleagues in Heidelberg—from onboarding to day-to-day operations.
- You will serve as the primary point of contact and be responsible for all people operations matters for our installation division, which is currently being established.
- You will be responsible for carefully maintaining our employee master data on the HR platform and ensuring it remains up to date.
- You will lead our office management and serve as the central point of contact for both internal and external matters, such as coordinating appointments with property management.
- You will assist with payroll preparation in coordination with our external tax firm.
- You will support the onboarding of new hires in Heidelberg and assist with coordinating their training.
- You will serve as the point of contact for our internal safety officer and keep track of occupational safety tasks.
Profile
- You have completed a business apprenticeship, a degree with a focus on human resources, or a comparable qualification.
- You have some professional experience in human resources or administration—ideally both.
- You are known for your meticulous and independent work style.
- You are communicative, responsible, and able to set priorities.
- You are fluent in German (min. C1) and have a good command of English (min. B2).
- Some experience with the HR software Rexx is a plus, but not required.
