CO2 emissions in the real estate sector must be reduced quickly. But what is not measured cannot be controlled in a targeted manner: Our live data on consumption and generation in properties enables the most effective use of electricity, gas, heat and water in everyday life.
 
We are a young Berlin start-up that supports sustainability and also lives it in our day-to-day business. To support our team we are looking for a People & Culture Assistant in Berlin at the earliest possible date.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the administration of all people-related topics and questions.
  • You act as a contact person for all office topics.
  • You are responsible for the careful maintenance of our internal HR platform.
  • You take over the preparatory payroll accounting and coordinate with our external tax office. 
  • You support the coordination of training and onboarding.
  • You are the contact person for our external safety officer and keep an eye on occupational safety tasks.
 

Profile

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree with a focus on HR/personnel issues.
  • You have 3 years of relevant professional experience in HR or administration - ideally both.
  • You are characterized by a careful and independent way of working.
  • You are communicative, responsible and can set priorities.
  • We would be pleased to hear that you have some experience with the HR software rexx.
  • You have a very good command of German (approx. C1) and English (approx. B2).
