CO2 emissions in the real estate sector must be reduced quickly. But what is not measured cannot be controlled in a targeted manner: Our live data on consumption and generation in properties enables the most effective use of electricity, gas, heat and water in everyday life.
We are a young Berlin start-up that supports sustainability and also lives it in our day-to-day business. We are
are looking for a:n in Berlin or Heidelberg at the earliest possible date.
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for placing orders for hardware, software, and services independently to ensure our projects run smoothly.
- You review order confirmations, monitor delivery dates and anticipate ordering cycles in the event of supply shortages.
- You coordinate complaints (e.g., regarding late deliveries, deficit or quality issues) and work with our suppliers to find practical solutions.
- You maintain the ERP system, document relevant purchasing and delivery processes, and thereby contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.
- You work closely with our internal teams to maintain a perfect balance between supply and demand.
- You support contract management for suppliers and service providers.
Profile
- You hold a degree in business, supply chain management, logistics, or a comparable business-related field.
- You have some practical experience in procurement, supply chain, or partner management.
- You work in a structured and reliable manner and can maintain a clear overview even when dealing with many complex ordering processes.
- You communicate confidently with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- You can confidently advocate for and assert the interests of your area of responsibility.
- You are fluent in German (minimum C1 level).
- Experience with technical products or hardware (e.g., in the energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors) is a plus, but not required.
