Lead of Service Coordination - Market Communication (m/f/x)
CO2 emissions in the real estate sector must be reduced quickly. But what is not measured cannot be controlled in a targeted manner: Our live data on consumption and generation in properties enables the most effective use of electricity, gas, heat and water in everyday life.
We are a young Berlin start-up that supports sustainability and also lives it in our day-to-day business. We are looking for a Lead of Service Coordination in Berlin or Heidelberg at the earliest possible date.
In this role, you will assume technical and organizational responsibility for our service and ticket team in the area of market communication. You will ensure that inquiries from our market partners (DSOs, LF, TSOs) are processed efficiently, correctly, and on time.
Until September 2026, you will also act as interim team lead for the entire data management team and be responsible for cross-team coordination, prioritization, and quality assurance during this phase. After that, your focus will be entirely on managing and developing the ticket and service team.
You will be the central point of escalation, structuring workflows, optimizing processes, and ensuring high service quality in market communications.
Responsibilities
- You will take on the technical and organizational management of the Service Coordination Team, as well as the interim management of the Data Management Team until Q4/26.
- You will be responsible for ticket processing in the area of market partners to ensure the smooth transmission of our measurement data, with a focus on quality assurance.
- You will provide operational support to the team in complex issues and de-escalations.
- You will coordinate closely with Operations, Data, Product, and Sales to find quick and sustainable solutions.
- You will be responsible for the ticketing system (HubSpot), the knowledge base, and service-related reporting (KPIs).
- You will identify recurring problems and implement process optimizations and standards in market communication.
Profile
- You have commercial training, a degree in economics or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of experience in team management or in a coordinating lead role.
- You have several years of professional experience in technical support, ideally in the German energy industry.
- You are very confident in using ticketing systems, ideally HubSpot.
- You work in an analytical and structured manner and have a high level of process understanding.
- You have business fluent German and English skills.
- We would welcome initial experience in market communication in the energy industry.
