CO2 emissions in the real estate sector must be reduced quickly. But what is not measured cannot be controlled in a targeted manner: Our live data on consumption and generation in properties enables the most effective use of electricity, gas, heat and water in everyday life.
 
We are a young Berlin start-up that supports sustainability and also lives it in our day-to-day business. We are looking for a Junior Finance Manager in Berlin or Heidelberg at the earliest possible date.

Responsibilities

  • You coordinate and carry out preparatory bookkeeping and asset accounting.
    -> You will process and monitor the maintenance of incoming and outgoing invoices as well as the efficient dunning process.
    -> You will communicate regularly with our tax office.
  • You will support the team in preparing the monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB.
  • You will carry out billing with grant providers, including the preparation of where-used lists.
  • You will provide support in accessing external capital for system financing from the bank.
  • You coordinate facility management (e.g. insurance) and contract management (contract database) across all locations.
 

Profile

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (e.g. office or industrial clerk) or a degree with a focus on business administration.
  • You have some relevant professional experience in accounting, controlling or auditing.
  • You are a disciplined, analytical and solution-oriented person.
  • You want to develop with us and find a specialist focus.
  • You have a very high affinity for numbers, ERP and IT and good Excel skills.
  • You are characterized by your hands-on mentality, ability to work in a team and willingness to learn.
  • You have a very good command of German (approx. C1) and English (approx. B2).
