Inside Sales Manager (m/w/x)
We are a young Berlin start-up that supports sustainability and also lives it in our day-to-day business. To complete our sales team, we are looking for an Inside Sales Manager in Berlin at the earliest possible date.
Responsibilities
- You advise our customers by telephone inbound and outbound.
- You pick up prospective customers and explain the added value of our solution.
- You conclude follow-up orders with our existing customers and actively acquire new customers.
- You negotiate and create customer offers and contracts independently.
- You supervise and document the entire sales and order cycle.
- You are responsible for a transparent handover to project management, ensure the availability of information and maintain the CRM.
- You will represent us authentically at exhibitions and trade fairs and advise potential customers.
Profile
- You have a degree in business administration or a technical degree, alternatively you have a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of relevant professional experience in dealing with customers.
- You are a very communicative person and have a confident manner with customers.
- You work in a structured and reliable manner.
- You are fluent in written and spoken German (at least C1).
- We would be very pleased if you have experience with hubspot and xentral.
- We also value initial experience in the real estate industry, energy sector or metering services.
