Founders Associate (m/w/x)
Responsibilities
- You will support our CEO in the planning and implementation of internal projects.
- You will take overall responsibility for smaller projects as part of corporate management and ensure that all internal stakeholders are aware of their responsibilities.
- You support fundraising and communication with our investors and prepare all relevant material for this.
- You act as a sparring partner for the management in the development and optimization of a scalable business model.
- You ensure that we always have the right data at hand to measure our progress and make sound decisions.
- You will develop your own topics and gradually build up a role with depth of content.
Profile
- You have a degree in real estate management, energy management or industrial engineering, alternatively you have a degree in business administration with a focus on finance.
- You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar position or a management consultancy.
- You are used to acting rationally and in a structured manner in a fast-growing environment.
- You have experience in the implementation of cross-thematic projects.
- You are able to apply your knowledge in both strategic planning and operational management.
- You work in a reliable, structured and careful manner and are an assertive person.
- You are business fluent in German and English (at least C1).
