Data Manager (m/f/x), 1. image

CO2 emissions in the real estate sector must be reduced quickly. But what is not measured cannot be controlled in a targeted manner: Our live data on consumption and generation in properties enables the most effective use of electricity, gas, heat and water in everyday life.

We are a young Berlin scale-up that supports sustainability and also lives it in our day-to-day business. We are looking for a Data Manager in Berlin or Heidelberg at the earliest possible date.

Responsibilities

  • With our support, you will become familiar with the digital recording of energy data (electricity, gas, heat, water) in real estate and will be able to implement the various use cases in practice.
  • You will take over the management of our intelligent metering systems, the smart meters. For example, you will learn how to configure them or rectify a fault.
  • You will manage our metering data and ensure that all the required smart meter data is up-to-date and correct.
  • You will establish yourself as a point of contact for other players in the energy market (grid operators, electricity suppliers, system operators, etc.) and provide them with the metering data in compliance with regulations.
  • You contribute your ideas for the improvement and quality assurance of work processes in the team and support the implementation of optimization projects.

Profile

  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g. energy technology/economics, computer science, business administration) or have completed training in a technical field.
  • You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a administration position.
  • You are curious and enjoy accompanying the transformation of the energy industry, learning from this dynamic environment and helping to shape the energy transition.
  • You work independently, in a solution-oriented and structured manner, even when faced with complex issues under time pressure.
  • You are communicative, think and act in a customer-oriented manner and you are a team player.
  • You have a high affinity for IT and are interested in new technologies.
  • We would be delighted if you have some experience in the energy industry or data management - but we will also support you in developing your knowledge of the energy industry.

What we offer

  • A job that lays the foundations for using energy and water sustainably and consciously.
  • Permanent position with a fixed salary of between EUR 45 - 55 thousand.
  • Flexible trust-based working hours, part-time option, at least two days of mobile working per week, individual training plan and regular feedback meetings.
  • Germany ticket or job bike, as well as an office with very good public transport connections.
  • A green office, terrace and free drinks.
  • Complete technical equipment.
  • 30 vacation days/year.
  • Company pension scheme.
  • Family-friendly approach to reporting short-term illnesses in children.

Wir wünschen uns ein offenes und respektvolles Miteinander in einem diversen Team!
Wenn du Teil davon werden willst, freuen wir uns über Deine Bewerbung.
