CO2 emissions in the real estate sector must be reduced quickly. But what is not measured cannot be controlled in a targeted manner: Our live data on consumption and generation in properties enables the most effective use of electricity, gas, heat and water in everyday life.
We are a young Berlin start-up that supports sustainability and also lives it in our day-to-day business. We are looking for a Customer Service Manager in Berlin or Heidelberg at the earliest possible date.
Responsibilities
- You will process customer inquiries in our ticket system.
- You will find customer-oriented solutions.
- You will analyze complex inquiries and find solutions within the framework of applicable market processes.
- You will work closely with internal teams to quickly offer and implement solutions, thereby preventing escalations.
- Through clear documentation and monitoring of recurring problems, you will lay the foundation for process optimization and standardization.
Profile
- You have relevant professional experience in customer service, customer care, after-sales service, or similar customer-oriented roles.
- Experience in the energy or IT industry is an advantage.
- You work in a structured and organized manner and enjoy optimizing processes.
- You enjoy communicating with people and impress with your positive and solution-oriented manner.
- You have excellent communication skills in German (C1/C2) and good English skills (B1/B2).
