CO2 emissions in the real estate sector must be reduced quickly. But what is not measured cannot be controlled in a targeted manner: Our live data on consumption and generation in properties enables the most effective use of electricity, gas, heat and water in everyday life.
 
We are a young Berlin start-up that supports sustainability and also lives it in our day-to-day business. We are looking for a community manager (m/w/x) Berlin at the earliest possible date to complete our People & Culture team.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the planning and implementation of internal and external events.
  • You moderate smaller team-building activities, such as bingo lunches.
  • You ensure the smooth running of everyday office life (shopping, administration, contact with landlords, etc.).
  • You will contribute your own ideas for shaping the culture.
  • You organize training courses and workshops.
  • You maintain the connection between Berlin and our second location in Heidelberg.

Profile

  • You have a degree, commercial training or a comparable qualification.
  • You have relevant professional experience in an organizing, administrative or supporting position.
  • You have a talent for organization and are empathetic and a strong communicator.
  • You recognize potential and proactively contribute your own ideas.
  • You are willing to travel for 4-5 annual visits to Heidelberg.
  • You are business fluent in German and have a very good command of English.
