CO2 emissions in the real estate sector must be reduced quickly. But what is not measured cannot be controlled in a targeted manner: Our live data on consumption and generation in properties enables the most effective use of electricity, gas, heat and water in everyday life.

We are a young Berlin start-up that supports sustainability and also lives it in our day-to-day business. We are
are looking for a:n in Berlin or Heidelberg at the earliest possible date.

Responsibilities

  • You will set up API connections between different systems and be responsible for the optimal configuration of our SaaS services. You will mainly use the automation tool n8n.
  • Together with the specialist departments, you will seek solutions to optimally map our business processes in various SaaS services.
  • You will support the consolidation and expansion of our reporting system, using Google Locker amongst others.
  • You will perform cost analyses and forecasts and prepare the basis for decision-making.
  • You will accompany the introduction of SaaS services from planning to implementation.
  • You will be able to reconcile external framework conditions (e.g., requirements from ISO 27001) with our operational requirements.

 

 

Profile

  • You have a university degree in (Business) Computer Science (or a related field), equivalent training, or several years of relevant professional experience.
  • You have relevant, hands-on experience in building and maintaining data pipelines using no-code/low-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, or ideally n8n) or code-first frameworks (Airflow or Dagster).
  • You have a solid understanding of SQL and are able to understand and develop complex queries on your own.
  • You have a solid understanding of API integration concepts (HTTP or HTTPS, REST, authentication, validation, etc.).
  • You have experience creating meaningful visualizations and can technically implement them using common BI tools (Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, or Google Looker), or you are motivated to learn the subject matter.
  • You are fluent in German (at least C1) and English (at least B2).
  • We would appreciate it if you are able to read and understand a codebase written in TypeScript or Golang.
  • We welcome basic knowledge of software development and experience with the programming languages Python or JavaScript.
  • We are looking for operational experience in the administration of SaaS services.
