CO2 emissions in the real estate sector must be reduced quickly. But what is not measured cannot be controlled in a targeted manner: Our live data on consumption and generation in properties enables the most effective use of electricity, gas, heat and water in everyday life.
 
We are a young Berlin start-up that supports sustainability and also lives it in our day-to-day business. To support our data team we are looking for an administrator in Berlin or Heidelberg at the earliest possible date.

Responsibilities

  • With our support, you will become familiar with the digital recording of energy data (electricity, gas, heat, water) in real estate.
  • You will accompany the installation and commissioning of our smart meters and prepare them digitally.
  • You will ensure the correct recording, maintenance and forwarding of measurement data and learn how to rectify faults.
  • You will ensure that this data can be processed smoothly internally and by third parties (customers, grid operators,
  • suppliers) in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • In the event of process deviations or technical problems, you will contact the market partners (by e-mail and telephone) and coordinate the bilateral resolution of outstanding issues.

Profile

  • You have completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship or a comparable practical course of study.
  • You have approx. 3 years of professional experience in data management, market communication or in a supporting position.
  • You are curious and enjoy learning from our dynamic environment and helping to shape the energy transition.
  • You work independently, carefully and efficiently, even under time pressure.
  • You are communicative and address problems in a forward-looking and solution-oriented manner
  • We would be pleased to hear that you have some experience in the energy industry or data management - but we will also support you in developing your knowledge of the energy industry.
