CO2 emissions in the real estate sector must be reduced quickly. But what is not measured cannot be controlled in a targeted manner: Our live data on consumption and generation in properties enables the most effective use of electricity, gas, heat and water in everyday life.

We are a young Berlin start-up that supports sustainability and also lives it in our day-to-day business. We are looking for an Account Executive in Berlin or Heidelberg at the earliest possible date.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to long-term customer care.
  • You conduct needs analyses, product presentations, consultations, and negotiations, facilitating effective discussions and successfully closing deals.
  • You build long-term, trusting relationships with your customers by understanding the specific challenges of the market and offering solutions.
  • Even after the contract has been signed, you will ensure continuous support and customer satisfaction.
  • You will independently identify and qualify new business opportunities in your segment.
  • You will take a structured and data-driven approach to optimize your strategy and achieve your goals.

Profile

  • You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on business administration or technology, or have completed vocational training in these areas.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales of complex solutions or products that require a lot of explanation.
  • You are used to taking responsibility for your sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills and are highly service-oriented.
  • You have business fluent German and very good written and spoken English skills (at least C1).
  • Initial experience in the real estate industry, energy sector, or metering services is an advantage.
